What materials are used in your candles?
Our candles are made with organic soy wax and feature either wood or cotton wicks. They come in a variety of vessels, including glass with bamboo lids and handmade concrete containers. Essential oils and fragrances are added depending on the specific candle.
What is the burn time of your candles?
The burn time of our candles varies depending on the size and wax weight. We use unique embeds that may reduce the overall wax weight and affect burn time. For exact burn time details, check the product listing for each candle.
What materials are used in your body products?
Our balms are made with a nourishing Coconut & Beeswax blend, enriched with essential oils, olive oil, and other ingredients. Please refer to the ingredient list on each product page to ensure compatibility with your skin. We recommend doing a patch test before using any new product and stopping use if irritation occurs. We make our body products in the same area s our Soy wax candles, So we recommend against the use of our body products if you have an allergy to soy.
What materials are used in Oddly Brewed Jewelry?
Our jewelry is crafted using high-quality 18k gold and 24k gold-filled hardware. We frequently incorporate glass, stone, crystal, and freshwater pearl beads, along with seashells collected from our shores for a unique coastal touch.
Do the glass beads break if dropped?
While it’s unlikely, the glass beads can crack or break if too much pressure is applied. Our jewelry is made to be beautiful, strong, and crafted to high-quality standards.

What materials are used in your apparel?
Our apparel is made with premium fabrics that are both comfortable and stylish. We prioritize sustainability and quality, sourcing eco-friendly materials whenever possible. Please check each product listing for specific fabric details. When our apparel is made in our local print shop, it is made-to-order to reduce waste.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-4 business days of purchase, and we aim to ship the next business day. Shipping time varies depending on your destination. We ship from Central New Jersey.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Can I change the address for my order?
We are not responsible for orders being shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the address entered during checkout is accurate.
If you need to request an address change, contact us immediately through our “Contact” page or at CustomerService@OddlyBrewed.com. Address changes are not guaranteed if your order has already been marked as "In Progress."
Once your order is marked as "Shipped," we are unable to make changes, as it has been handed over to the postal carrier. In this case, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier to request a package interception.
Do you ship internationally?
Oddly Brewed ships only within the United States.

We ship all products from Monmouth County, New Jersey.
Our Made-to-order apparel is often shipped directly from the Print Shop in Pennsylvania, USA.
How long has Oddly Brewed been in business?
Oddly Brewed has been creating unique handmade products since 2020.
Where is your studio located?
Our studio is located in New Jersey, USA, where all Oddly Brewed products are made.
Is the studio open to the public?
Our studio is a private space and is not open to public visits.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been marked as "In Progress" or "Shipped." To request a cancellation, please email us at CustomerService@OddlyBrewed.com or use the "Contact" section on our website. We’ll process the cancellation, including any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges.
Once a shipping label has been created and your order is on its way to the post office, we are unable to honor cancellations or returns.
My item(s) arrived damaged. What should i do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at CustomerService@OddlyBrewed.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a full refund, store credit, or send a replacement for the damaged item.
Please report any damaged or missing items immediately, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Where can I buy candles in-person?
Oddly Brewed primarily sells online. However, we occasionally attend in-person pop-ups, especially during spring and fall months. Follow us on Instagram or check our website to find out where we’ll be vending next!
