Shipping Policy

We carefully pack and ship every Oddly Brewed order from our home studio in New Jersey. Because our products are handmade in small batches, please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We ship from Monmouth County, NJ for reference.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. At this time, we ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Any free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Oddly Brewed is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost or stolen packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Oddly Brewed is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at CustomerService@OddlyBrewed.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We’ll review the claim and work with you to make it right.

Shipping During Warm Weather

Candles are sensitive to heat. While we take precautions when shipping, Oddly Brewed is not responsible for melting caused by extreme temperatures once the package is in transit.

We recommend bringing packages inside as soon as they are delivered.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may have separate shipping timelines and rates. These details will be communicated prior to fulfillment.
