We want you to love your Oddly Brewed purchase. Because our products are handmade in small batches, our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

Love It or Leave It Candle Policy

We know that buying a candle online can feel a little risky — scent is personal, and you may be trying a fragrance you’ve never smelled before. That’s exactly why we offer our Love It or Leave It policy for candles.

If you receive a candle and decide it’s not for you, unburned candles may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The candle is unused and unburned

  • It remains in original condition, with no new marks, flaws, dirt, or residue

  • The candle is in a condition that allows it to be resold

To start a return or exchange, please email us directly at CustomerService@OddlyBrewed.com. We’ll do our best to help you find a scent you’ll love. 

Approved Love It or Leave It requests are eligible for one exchange or store credit only. Exchanged items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged again.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.



Final Sale Items

All other items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:

  • Burned or used candles

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products

  • Gift boxes or bundled products

This policy helps us maintain product quality, safety, and sustainability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at CustomerService@OddlyBrewed.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available)

  • Store credit

  • A refund to your original payment method

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Candle Care & Scent Expectations

Scent perception is personal, and we cannot accept returns based on fragrance preference or throw strength. To get the best experience, we recommend following our candle care instructions included with every order.

Shipping Responsibility

Oddly Brewed is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If a package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely shipping. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing checkout.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless items arrive damaged.
